Why is it important to check the condition of the package and product upon delivery?Updated a month ago
Our packages are prepared with care, but in some rare cases, a package may be damaged during transport.
It is therefore very important to check the condition of the package and the product in the presence of the delivery person.
If the package is damaged or shows signs of tampering, or if the product received does not match your order, or is broken, scratched, damaged, or incomplete, we recommend the following:
- Document the condition: Take photos at each stage as you open the package
- Refuse the delivery: You have the right to reject damaged products
- Request written documentation: Ask the carrier to note the damage on the delivery receipt (e.g., “package crushed”, “opened during transport”, “torn on multiple sides”, “abnormal noises indicating a broken product”)
These steps will help you protect your rights and facilitate your claim.
In any case, please report this information to us as soon as possible via our contact page.
