Back Market will inform you by email about the progress of your package until it reaches your delivery address. If you have not received an email, it may be that your order has not yet been paid for or shipped.
From your online client area, you can also find the following information:
your order number;
your invoice;
your tracking number and a tracking link to the carrier's website.
