If you need additional information, you can then contact the carrier directly from their website or via the following phone numbers:

If you have received your package, before signing the delivery note, carefully check the external condition of the package. If it is damaged or shows visible signs of impact, you have the right to refuse delivery. Clearly note the damage on the delivery note. If you accept the package despite visible damage, be sure to take photos before opening it.
