What photos do I need to provide to return my product?Updated a month ago

In order to initiate your return and avoid any disputes regarding the condition of your product(s), please take clear, bright photos, ideally without glare, that show the problem with your product. 

Photos from smartphones and tablets must show:

1. The device with the screen on (if possible)
2. The device with the screen off
3. The back of the device
4. The left side
5. The right side
6. The top
7. The bottom
   

Photos of laptops must show: 

1. The screen on
2. The screen off
3. The back of the computer
4. The left side (slightly open)
5. The right side (slightly open)
6. The front (computer closed)
7. The back (computer closed)

For any product not listed here, your approach should be the same: take good quality photos of the item from all sides.

If you encounter problems with multiple products purchased on Back Market Pro, we will need photos for each item. Although this may seem tedious, it speeds up the process and avoids any disputes.
