• Premium: Flawless screens, no signs of wear on the casing, 100% original manufacturer parts and batteries, and batteries with a minimum capacity of 90%. 
• Excellent: Almost no signs of wear, with very few micro-scratches, invisible from more than 20 cm aways. No visible defects on the screen.
• Good: Slight signs of wear, micro-scratches visible from 50 cm away. No visible defects on the screen.
• Fair: Visible scratches and small dents, but no impact on performance. The screen may have slight scratches, which are not visible when it is turned on.
