To request closure of your account, please contact us directly via our contact form. Don't forget to specify the reason why you want to delete your account and/or data, as well as the email address associated with the account in question. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Please note: We are unable to delete your account if your last order was placed less than 6 months ago. We also advise against deleting your account if you have an order still under warranty or an after-sales service request being processed (this will prevent you from tracking the progress).
