Our discount codes are shared only by us and our partners. So the codes you might find online will probably not work.

How do I use a discount code?

To use your discount code, above the summary of your cart on the right side of your screen, find the message “Do you have a discount code?” and click on it. You can then enter the code you were given. The discount amount will be applied only to the price of the products, excluding taxes. Make sure the code is valid and has not expired.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

You can check the following about your discount code:

• It was provided to you by Back Market Pro.

• You copied the code correctly, without mistakes or extra spaces.

• It has never been used before. Codes are single-use, so yours may already have been used.

• Its expiry date (shown on our banners or in the email you were sent) has lapsed. It’s possible the code has expired.

• It applies to the products you’re trying to buy. Some codes are restricted to certain product categories, limited to specific orders, or subject to purchase conditions such as a minimum amount or a number of items.

Refund for an order placed with a discount code

If you placed an order with a discount code and you received a refund, keep in mind that the discount code cannot be used again. This is because the refund, whether full or partial, will be applied only to the amount you actually paid after the discount code was applied.
